NPB Support package

The Support Package is a partnership between NPB and the customer, where NPB plays an active role over time to make sure our machines are performing as expected – or better. This is for customers with the highest expectations on efficiency and optimized output of their production.

The NPB Support Package includes:

  • Recording all machine data and necessary information with our OEE-system*, analysed on weekly basis by NPB, and giving advice to your production engineers of corrective actions, e.g. adjust sensors or replace worn parts.
  • Regular telephone meetings to discuss performance, continuous improvements, planning for upcoming service visits and feedback from production.
  • Online support with advanced fault finding actions. Program updates via remote at projects for continuous improvements

The NPB Support Package together with service visits is your guarantee to get the outmost of your automation equipment.

The high five report provides information about the five main reasons for downtime in the machine from two perspectives: the alarms that have generated the most number of stops and the alarms that have generated the longest downtime. This facilitates the prioritization of actions to achieve the best result in maintained performance.
